Privacy Policy

Master The Network — Coaching Portal  ·  Effective Date: June 9, 2026

Master The Network ("MTN," "we," "us," "our") provides business coaching, business valuation, and financial-coaching services through the Master The Network Coaching Portal (the "Portal"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including information accessed from QuickBooks Online via Intuit.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

  • Account/profile information you provide (name, email, phone, company, role).
  • Coaching information you enter (90-day plan goals, daily numbers, cost analysis, weekly focus notes, meeting notes you upload).
  • QuickBooks Online financial data only if you connect QuickBooks (P&L, balance sheets, account balances, transactions, customers/vendors, invoices, and related accounting records) accessed via Intuit's API under the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope.
  • Basic usage/log-in data needed to operate and secure the Portal.

3. How We Use Your Information

Solely to provide coaching: build/display financial dashboards (revenue, breakeven, margins, cash, KPIs, year-over-year), calculate cost analysis/breakeven/5 Ways, track 90-day plan progress, and prepare your coach.

We use QuickBooks data for advisory financial coaching only — not audit, tax filing, or legal services. We recommend a licensed CPA for filing and an attorney for legal matters.

4. How We Share

  • We do not sell your information.
  • We do not use, transfer, or disclose QuickBooks data to any third party except as needed to operate the Portal (e.g., secure hosting provider) or as required by law.
  • Your assigned MTN coach can view your data to coach you; other clients cannot.

5. QuickBooks Data — Your Control

  • Connecting QuickBooks is optional and requires your explicit authorization via Intuit's secure OAuth.
  • You may disconnect at any time from the Portal or your Intuit account; we then stop accessing your QuickBooks data.
  • You may request deletion of stored QuickBooks data by emailing info@masterthenetwork.com.

6. Data Security

Authenticated access, least-privilege permissions, encrypted storage of credentials/secrets, and role-based access controls. Tokens are stored securely and never exposed to other users.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained while your engagement is active and as needed to provide the service. Deletion is available on request except where law requires retention.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your information, and disconnect QuickBooks, by emailing info@masterthenetwork.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The Portal is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post it with a new effective date.
