Master The Network — Coaching Portal · Effective Date: June 9, 2026

By accessing or using the Portal, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MTN provides business coaching, valuation, and financial-coaching tools (planning, goal tracking, daily numbers, cost analysis, financial dashboards). If you connect QuickBooks Online, the Portal displays and analyzes your accounting data to support coaching.

2. License

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Portal for your own business while your engagement with MTN is active.

3. Your Data

You own your business and financial data. You grant MTN permission to access, process, and display it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or connect.

4. Advisory Only

The Portal and MTN coaching provide advisory guidance only. Benchmarks and estimates are directional, not audited facts.

MTN does not provide accounting, audit, tax-filing, investment, or legal services.

Always consult a licensed CPA for filing and an attorney for legal/audit matters. Your own books always take precedence over any estimate or benchmark produced by the Portal.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Portal, share your login credentials, attempt to access other clients' data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. QuickBooks / Intuit

Your QuickBooks connection is also subject to Intuit's terms and conditions. You may disconnect at any time. MTN accesses only the data needed to coach you and handles it in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

MTN's total liability to you will not exceed the fees paid to MTN in the three months prior to the claim. Your business decisions are your responsibility.

8. Termination

Either party may end the engagement at any time. Upon termination your license ends and you may request deletion or export of your data by emailing info@masterthenetwork.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
